Hi, I'm Aukse (OWK-seh). You can also call me Alice, if that’s easier.
I'm a fully qualified and insured reflexologist based in Havering and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), DBS vetted. I offer tailored treatments designed to help you relax, rebalance and support your body's natural ability to heal and reduce stress.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and person-centred. I've spent over 20 years exploring holistic health, inspired by my own family's journey with chronic health challenges. I’ve learned that with the right support, the body naturally finds its way back to balance.

What I Offer
Reflexology
Foot, facial, or auricular (ear) reflexology to help calm your nervous system, improve sleep, and support hormonal and digestive balance. Each session is tailored to what your body needs.
Zone Face Lift
A non-surgical facial treatment combining reflexology, advanced massage techniques, and specialist tools to lift, tone, and rejuvenate your skin whilst promoting deep relaxation. Zone face lift is an advanced facial treatment with therapeutic depth.
Bioresonance Food Sensitivity Testing
Remote testing for sensitivities (130+ allergens). Send a small urine sample, receive your results by email within a week. No clinic visit needed. Particularly helpful for digestive health concerns.

Where to Find Me
I offer treatments at three locations across Essex and East London, plus mobile visits if you'd prefer treatment in the comfort of your own home.
My main clinic is in Romford, where I work from a dedicated therapy room from home, but I also work at clinics in Brentwood, which is just a few minutes walk from the station and Hornchurch (Havering Therapy Centre). Please ask about availability at these locations when you book.
Mobile treatments
I'm happy to come to you if you're in the local area. Mobile treatments are available for most services - just ask when you book. An additional travel fee may apply depending on your location.
