About Reflexsole Therapies

Hi, I'm Aukse (OWK-seh). You can also call me Alice, if that’s easier.

I'm a fully qualified and insured reflexologist based in Havering. Over 20 years of exploring holistic health has taught me that the body, when supported, naturally finds its way to healing.

My approach is calm, intuitive, and person-centred. I take time to listen, and I tailor every treatment to what your body needs.

My journey into holistic therapies began when my children were diagnosed with autoimmune conditions. There was no quick fix, so I started exploring natural approaches to support their health. That exploration opened my eyes to a different way of thinking about wellbeing.

More recently, I've faced my own chronic health challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of what it means to truly support the body and the mind, and they continue to shape the care I offer.

In 2022, I took a break from practice to focus on my own health, which gave me space to rethink how I work. I returned with a fresh perspective, focusing on giving every client the care, time and attention they deserve. My recent Level 3 counselling qualification also adds value to my practice by improving my ability to listen deeply, communicate with empathy and provide a more client-centred experience.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, and I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I'm fully insured and I regularly update my skills through training and seminars to make sure I'm giving you the best care possible. Here are some of the courses I’ve taken:
